I spent 40 minutes chatting with “Vijayakumar” and transferred 3 files (PDApp, amt3 and OOBElib) to their technical support team but I still cannot use the software. Did uninstalled and reinstalled two times with no success. The system did installed add-ons but it will not open no matter what I try. After entering the key that I received by email, I was confident that my struggle was over. After many tribulations and 3 days of technical difficulties, I successfully downloaded the Acrobat XI standard that was ordered by phone (couldn’t get it from the web!).
