Hooked it up to the THR Editor software and the plethora of available tweaks is just stunning.
My family commented on how good it sounds and looks over the Microcube. The tone and feel is amazingly tube like and it sounds mighty fine at really low volumes. The tones are stellar, extended stereo sound sounds killer for delays and reverbs. A friend coming back to Nepal from Nantucket, CT brought me my new amp yesterday and boy am I having so much fun! I love everything about it. So after few months research on the internet (reviews, forums, YT vids etc) I settled on upgrading my living room practice amp to something better and everything directed me to the Yamaha THR10C.
The old Roland Microcube has been a faithful home, camping amp for many years but of late it was being used more by my twelve year old boy than me as he is getting serious about guitars.
